One of the advantages of staying in the Black Forest in that you get a Konus guest card for the duration of your stay. With this card you can go on all trains and buses in the area.
We made use of it and went for a train trip to Horb.
We had a walk around the town of Horb. Found all kinds of statues everywhere.
It was a hot day. The boys were fading fast, so Matt went for a beer and the boys for a pretzel, while I went for a look around the town.
I found this statue. (I am sure I saw the exact same figure at the pool in a tiny winy bikini yesterday.)
Horb is a pretty town!
I met up with the family again. We stopped at the supermarket for some ice creams. Had two each on the train ride back.
