Pinewood

I was talking to my friend, Stacey, and mentioned that we were heading to the south west of England, but that finding accommodation was quite hard. She said that we might be able to go and stay with her in-laws in Somerset. I gave them a ring and asked and they were more than happy to have us for 2 nights.
When we got there we were welcomed like old friends. We had a tour of the house and the garden and given our own bedrooms. It is a lovely, lovely house!!

Dinner was a spread like no other. We haven't seen as much food at once for a very long time. The company was wonderful as well and we sat down eating for ages.

And then came the pudding! The boys (and us) could choose exactly what part of Peppa Pig we wanted with our strawberries and ice cream...

After dinner the boys got to play with all the toys Erica kept on producing. They were in heaven. They even got to play with the tortoise...

Later on Keith went to put some bread and cake on this little table.

We them had to wait for it to get dark, which was quite late. We sat waiting right inside the window. Finally the badger came for a feed...

It was definitely worth the wait!!

Our 2 nights there stretched to 3. Here is Erica and Keith entertaining the boys while I pack up and Matt find us accommodation for the next night.

We loved our visit to Pinewood. We were treated like family and were sad to leave. Thank you Keith and Erica for changing your own plans to fit in with ours and spoiling us so much... This was one of the highlights of our trip!!
