Tour de France in London

After a great day at the Fan Park the previous day, my parents decided they wanted to go and have a look too. Took the train to Victoria station, walked past Buckingham Palace and through Green Park.

The boys found some biscuits to decorate at the Skoda tent.

A biscuit especially decorated for me
And then we got some face and arm paint done.

The boys found some bubbles to chase. That kept them busy for a while. At this point Matt left to catch his Eurostar to Lille in France. (Little did he know that his train would be delayed for more than 6 hours!!)

We did some more green screen photos, because the boys decided these poses would make good photos.

We found some more Radler alcohol free beer to drink. And then sat down to watch a bit more cycling.

We slowly made our way towards the finish line. The boys thought it would be a good idea to try and keep this balloon up in the air while walking through the crowds...

Close to the finish line at Buckingham Palace there were thousands of people everywhere. There was no way that we would've seen anything, so decided to head back home. Alex was very disappointed not seeing the end.

Found a clown on the way and the boys went home with a dog and a sword.
